This remarkable 2-bed, 2.5-bath floating home combines artistic architecture with modern comfort on the serene waters of the Columbia River. Perfect for couples, design lovers, and anyone seeking a one-of-a-kind getaway. 🚶 Walking — Located near the Columbia River, this property is close to the airport and offers easy access to NE Portland's dining and attractions via a short drive. 🚌 Bus — Tri-Met bus service is available along nearby Marine Drive and Columbia Blvd. 🚗 Driving — Free parking available in the gated marina lot. Easy freeway access via I-5 and I-205. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is just 10 minutes away by car — one of the closest locations to the airport. • Adults-only home: For safety reasons (open water + dock access), we do not allow children or infants at this property. • This is a floating home and will move slightly with wind, water activity, or passing boats — most guests find it relaxing, but those sensitive to motion should keep this in mind. • Access requires walking down a ramp and along a dock for 0.13 miles, about 3 minutes from parking lot to front door; it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. •. February & March months means there will be sea lions on the dock at any given time. • Please be aware the location brings outside, audible noises indoors such as water craft, air craft and more that can be heard at all times. • Dock surfaces can be slick in rain or cold weather; please wear appropriate footwear and use caution. • No parties, events, or large gatherings. • No deliveries are allowed - please coordinate Amazon delivery to a local pick-up locker & meet Door Dash/Uber Eats in parking lot. •Fishing from the doc is permitted (smallmouth bass, need a fishing license) • Aqua Star has an electric dock. Therefore swimming to/from the dock is not allowed. No jumping, diving or swimming off the dock allowed due to possible risk of shock. • The listing is located in a NO WAKE ZONE of the marina - any and all watercraft must observe signs and be at slow speeds in this area at all times. • No overnight docking. There is a public dock a half a mile east of the property, all boats or jet skis need to be overnighted at that dock. Overnight of any watercraft attached to Aqua Star is not allowed. • Food/drink/wine is NOT allowed in the main living room on the white rug or while sitting on any white couches - please eat at one of the multiple bar counters or dining room table. Please try to consume all stainable liquids away from light colored fabric surfaces. ⏰ Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance) 🚭 Non-Smoking Smoking prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking permitted 10+ ft from the building We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
