Unit 4 has a private open sleeping/living area with one queen bed, a full kitchen, and one bathroom with a tub and shower. The center lobby, stairs, and basement laundry are shared building areas.

One full flight of stairs is required. This is an older multi-unit building, so street and neighboring-apartment sounds may be audible. Full blackout coverage and insect screens are not guaranteed at every operable window. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
