The living room, kitchen, and full bathroom are private to the reservation. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dining essentials. A mini-split A/C and heat system plus ceiling fans are provided; cooling is not separately controlled in every sleeping area. The washer and dryer are in the upstairs closet, and the TV is downstairs. There are about 15 interior steps across two sections.

The neighborhood can be explored on foot, by bicycle, public transit, rideshare, or car. Check current maps and transit schedules for the route and timing that fit your trip. Street parking and nearby garages are public or third-party facilities and are subject to current posted terms.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building.

The apartment has interior stairs and an open loft sleeping area without a door. Public and third-party parking areas are not controlled or monitored by the property; lock vehicles and do not leave valuables visible.
