Entry is by exterior stairs to the metal Apartment 3 door. The blue side door is not the Apartment 3 entrance.

Mini-splits provide cooling and primary heat, with cadet wall heaters available as backup. The TV is a smart TV; guests should use their own streaming accounts and sign out before departure. Live television and host streaming subscriptions are not guaranteed.

This apartment is above other units in an older building. Voices, doors, plumbing, and other ordinary activity can carry between floors, and Apartment 3 guests must observe quiet hours.
