Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods. 🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 10 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from the nearby Hollywood Transit Center. ** Listing is apart of a tiny home village in the back yard of a single family home - all are vacation rentals. Village is shared with 2 other tiny homes. - The loft sleeping area has a low ceiling, so please be cautious when entering and exiting this space. Its a cozy, snug spot! - Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Please ensure all keys are left in the designated check-out spot upon departure. - A replacement fee of $100 will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys. ⏰ Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance) 🚭 Non-Smoking Smoking prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking permitted 10+ ft from the building We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
