Private one-bedroom lower-level Unit A for up to two guests in an occupied townhouse near SE Madison and Hawthorne. The apartment has a queen bedroom, bathroom, living/dining area, Wi-Fi, TV, heating, and air conditioning in the main living area. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and portable hot plate; there is no oven or full range. Pets are allowed.

Unit A's apartment rooms are private and all on one level after entry. A long-term tenant occupies the separate home above. The interior stairway, upper home, and garage are not included. Guest-accessible non-coin laundry is in a common-area closet near the bottom of the stair area, not inside the apartment. Upstairs footsteps, voices, music, or TV can be very noticeable, including at night.

There is no on-site guest parking. Do not use the driveway or garage; they belong to the upstairs tenant. Public curb parking is first-come and controlled by the exact permanent or temporary signs where the vehicle is parked.

This is a lower-level apartment beneath a long-term tenant, not a second-floor apartment. The tenant's upstairs home, the interior stairway, driveway, and garage are excluded. Do not promise that the interior separation doors are inaccessible from the other side until the open security inspection is complete. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM, but building noise may still be audible.
