Unit 2 is on one level with no interior stairs. Two bedrooms use the hallway full bathroom. The third bedroom includes access to the second full bathroom. The kitchen, living and dining areas, and washer and dryer are all inside the unit. A main-area mini-split provides heating and cooling; do not expect independent A/C in every bedroom. Because another unit is above, footsteps and other ordinary overhead building noise may be audible.

TriMet service is available along SE Division Street. Check current TriMet schedules and service alerts. There is no dedicated parking; drivers must use sign-controlled public curb parking.

Entry requires passing through two coded doors. The Unit 2 smart lock currently has an intermittent-connectivity warning, so remote unlock should not be promised. Use the keypad code and portal recovery flow. There is no dedicated parking, and normal noise from the occupied unit above may be audible.
