This compact studio occupies an upper floor of a red four-unit building. It includes one queen bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and dishes. Cadet wall heaters provide heat. Air conditioning and TV are not currently advertised while the equipment is being serviced and verified. Laundry machines are shared with the building and located downstairs; detergent is not provided.

Several TriMet routes and bike-share options serve inner Southeast Portland. There is no onsite or reserved parking. Surrounding curb parking may be free or metered, is subject to posted restrictions, and can be difficult to find. Check current signs and transit schedules before travel.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM-7:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. The studio requires one flight of stairs. Urban street noise may be more noticeable with windows open. Do not leave valuables in a street-parked vehicle.
