Guests have the private main floor and upstairs of this house. The living room, dining area, full kitchen, laundry, and one bathroom are on the main floor. Both queen bedrooms and the second bathroom are upstairs.

The basement is a separate personal office with its own exterior entrance. It is not part of the reservation, there are no shared indoor guest spaces, and the host may occasionally come and go from that separate office.

There are about five or six exterior steps to enter and a full interior flight of stairs to the bedrooms. Outdoor seating is available on the front porch and rear deck. The yard is not fenced.

The home is in Portland's Buckman neighborhood, near restaurants and shops along Burnside, Belmont, and Hawthorne. Walking, biking, public transit, rideshare, and driving are all options; check current maps and TriMet information for the best route during your stay.

PROPERTY LAYOUT
The reservation includes the private main floor and upstairs. A separate basement office with its own exterior entrance is excluded; the host may occasionally come and go from that office. There are no shared indoor guest spaces.

PARKING
There is no usable guest garage. One driveway space is included on the west/SE 27th side of the house. The driveway is steep and can scrape low-clearance vehicles. Public curb parking may also be available; read and follow posted signs.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Seating is available on the front porch and rear deck. The yard is not fenced.
