This loft-style apartment accommodates up to two guests. It has one queen bed in the open upper loft, reached by interior stairs; there is no second or downstairs bed. The only full bathroom is on the main living level and contains the stacked washer and dryer, so guests using the bed will use the stairs at night. The open loft and stairs are not step-free or childproof.

The main level includes a living area with a window A/C and ceiling fan, a TV for streaming, and a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and breakfast-bar seating. There is no separate dining table or dedicated work desk. A portable Pack n Play may be requested in advance, subject to confirmation.

The apartment is in Portland's Slabtown/NW neighborhood near shops, restaurants, public transit, bike-share, and rideshare service. Verify current transit routes, travel times, garage terms, and street-parking signs when planning the trip.
