This private two-level apartment has one enclosed bedroom with a queen bed and a second queen sleeping area in an open loft. The only bathroom is accessed through the enclosed bedroom, so guests using the loft must pass through that bedroom. There are about 15 interior steps across two sections. The kitchen has a working full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dining essentials. Mini-split A/C and heat plus ceiling fans are provided. The washer and dryer are in the upstairs closet. A portable Graco Pack ’n Play is available only by advance confirmation; it does not fit in the bedroom and can only be placed in the living area, whose upper windows cannot be fully darkened.

The neighborhood can be explored on foot, by bicycle, public transit, rideshare, or car. Check current maps and transit schedules for the route and timing that fit your trip. Street parking and nearby garages are public or third-party facilities and are subject to current posted terms.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building.

This is a multi-unit building, and sound may carry through shared walls and exterior passages. The apartment has interior stairs and an open loft. The only bathroom is accessed through the enclosed bedroom. The living area's upper windows cannot be fully darkened.
