The apartment has a private interior, kitchen, bathroom, smart TV for guest-account streaming, and in-unit laundry. The living-area mini-split provides the main heating and cooling. The bedroom does not have a separate air-conditioning unit, so airflow is less direct with the door closed.

The microwave is push-to-open: press the right side of its door. If its display shows Clear/Lock, hold that control for three seconds.

Use a current map or transit planner for walking, cycling, public-transit, rideshare, and driving routes. Travel and pickup times vary. Public curb parking is not reserved and is controlled by the exact signs and temporary restrictions at the space.
