The studio has a private open sleeping/living area, full kitchen, and one bathroom with a tub and shower. It is one of four apartments in an older building. The apartment is private; only the basement laundry is shared.

Navigate to SE Sherman Street, not Sherman Avenue. Use current maps or TriMet information for driving, transit, walking, and cycling. Public curb parking is not reserved and may be regulated.

Three exterior steps are required and there is no verified step-free route. Street noise, exterior light, and normal neighboring-apartment sounds may be noticeable. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
