The Portland Streetcar and MAX Orange Line (South Waterfront stations) provide direct service to downtown (~5 min). 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. The waterfront path is excellent for cycling into downtown or along the river. 🚗 Driving — Street and garage parking available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 21 minutes by car or reachable via MAX Orange Line + Red Line connection. There is a daily 2-hour parking restriction near the property, enforced every day. - The parking out front is free but limited to 2 hours during the day (7 am - 6 pm). - Overnight parking is free and unlimited after 6 pm. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Space We welcome pets! Outdoor smoking permitted 10+ ft from the building We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
