The full private house has five bedrooms, six queen beds, and two full bathrooms. The main level includes the kitchen, living and dining areas, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The upper level includes three bedrooms and the second bathroom; one upper bedroom has two queen beds.

Room heating and cooling are provided through individual units with unit-specific remotes rather than one central control. Wi-Fi and a TV are provided, but network performance and streaming-app sessions are not guaranteed. The house is older, and entry requires a steep exterior wooden staircase.

Basement washer/dryer access is temporarily not advertised because the service-area route and credential require physical verification. Public street parking is subject to signs and availability and can be limited; there is no dedicated space.

Walking, transit, biking, rideshare, and driving are available in the area. Routes and travel times change, so use a current trip planner. Vehicle parking is on public streets under posted signs and availability.

Entry requires a steep exterior wooden staircase. Room A/C units use separate remotes. Report ceiling moisture, dripping near a light fixture or A/C unit, a shower-related leak, or an alarm problem immediately and keep clear of affected electrical areas.
