This reservation covers two adjacent townhomes: 6 bedrooms, 8 beds, 4 bathrooms, and up to 13 registered guests. All advertised bedrooms and common living areas in the reservation are included. The property consists of two adjacent private townhomes with multiple interior and exterior stairs and no elevator. The garage is not included for parking, storage, or guest entry. Unit 520 has one combination washer/dryer appliance. Guest laundry is not currently offered in Unit 516. Laundry is optional and is never a checkout chore.

Public transit and rideshare serve Northeast Portland. Driving times vary with traffic. On-street parking is public, subject to posted signs and availability, and is not reserved or guaranteed.

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Early arrival or luggage drop-off requires a specific approved ready time. These attached homes have stairs and no elevator, and normal neighbor, building, HVAC, or street sound may be audible. Public street parking is subject to posted signs and availability; it is not reserved or guaranteed.
