Welcome to a quiet South Portland hideaway near OHSU, the South Waterfront, and riverfront walking paths. This is a compact 1-bedroom apartment in an older small building, best for guests who want a peaceful location and easy access to nearby medical, dining, and trail destinations.

The living/dining area has comfortable seating, a TV, fast WiFi, and a small dining nook by the balcony doors. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils for simple meals at home.

The bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and window/in-room A/C. The apartment also has heating for cooler months. The A/C helps with everyday comfort, but it may be less effective than central air during very hot weather.

Step outside to the private balcony with outdoor seating and green views. Guests have called out the quiet neighborhood, easy OHSU access, cafe across the street, and balcony/patio setting as highlights.

Good to know: this is an older apartment in a small building, not a brand-new luxury unit. It is clean, comfortable, and well located, but guests who are sensitive to older finishes or hot-weather cooling should set expectations accordingly.
