The other two upstairs bedrooms are excluded even if a door is open. Laundry is in the main-floor bedroom closet. The fireplace is decorative and must not be used. Installed mini-splits and wall heaters serve the home; temperature can vary by room.

Excluded bedrooms are outside the reservation scope even if they are not physically locked; no automatic extra-room fee or upgrade is promised.
