Important: the bridge and route from the property to the river are closed to guests pending a documented safety repair. The listing does not include guest river access.

This private cabin has two bedrooms, three beds, one full bathroom, and a maximum occupancy of four. The first bedroom has one queen bed, and the second has two twin beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The living room has vaulted ceilings and river views. Electric baseboard/wall heaters are the primary heat. The living-room propane gas stove is secondary and is not a wood-burning appliance. The kitchen includes a gas range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, and dining space for up to four; there is no dishwasher.

Wi-Fi and a TV/DVD setup are available, but service and cellular coverage can be intermittent in this rural location. The covered porch and garden are available. The outdoor grill and outdoor fire-pit use are not currently offered.

A vehicle is required. The final approach is unpaved and rough, with potholes or washout that can worsen after rain or snow. Higher-clearance or AWD vehicles are recommended when conditions warrant. Before traveling, check the weather and Oregon TripCheck for current US-26 and local road conditions. Do not rely on a fixed airport, resort, or trail travel time.

Important safety and amenity notes:

• The bridge, river approach, and riverside fire-pit area are closed to guests. The property does not currently include guest river access.
• Children and pets must be supervised outside.
• The outdoor grill and outdoor fire-pit use are unavailable pending verification.
• Electric baseboard/wall heaters are the primary heat. The living-room unit is a propane gas stove, not a wood stove.
• There is no air conditioning, dishwasher, or guest laundry.
• Wi-Fi, cellular service, road conditions, and snow conditions can vary.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
