The rear ADU, detached rear suite, and rear/ADU Airstream are excluded. This is a wooded neighborhood near other homes and highway access rather than an isolated forest retreat.

A car is recommended. The property is reached from US-26 near Welches. For the smoother route, turn from E Welches Rd onto E Stage Stop Rd; avoid approaching on E Mowich Ln when possible because it can be rough.
