Full SE 24th compound with the four-bedroom farmhouse and all three backyard tiny homes. The property has seven queen sleeping areas, five bathrooms, and space for up to fourteen registered guests. The seven sleeping areas are not seven conventional private bedrooms: Tiny Home 1 has a loft sleeping area, and Tiny Homes 2 and 3 are compact tiny-home layouts. No events or outside gatherings.

The farmhouse has four private queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Tiny Home 1 has a queen loft sleeping area and one bathroom. Tiny Home 2 has a queen sleeping area and one bathroom. Tiny Home 3 has a queen studio sleeping area and one bathroom. The courtyard and paths connect the four private entry doors. Farmhouse basement laundry and Tiny Home 2's compact washer/dryer are available; do not expect in-unit laundry in Tiny Homes 1 or 3.

Walking, biking, public transit, and rideshare are available in the area. Public curb parking is the only parking provided: spaces are not reserved, and guests must follow permanent and temporary signs. No private driveway or guaranteed parking space is included.

The compound is lodging for registered guests, not an event venue. No parties, meetings with outside visitors, receptions, or gatherings. No fire pit. Quiet hours are 10 PM-8 AM. Dogs only, maximum two; a $99 fee per dog per stay applies unless already included by the booking channel. Cats are not permitted.
