SE 12th (1032 & 1036)

Two separate private apartments booked together: six bedrooms, two kitchens, two living/dining areas, and two full bathrooms for up to 12 guests. The apartments have separate exterior entrances and no interior connection. Public curb parking is sign-controlled and not guaranteed.

This booking includes both apartments in the blue building. Unit 1032 is the upper apartment: after the exterior entry, climb one full interior flight to its three-bedroom living level. It has two queen bedrooms and a room with two twin bunk beds. Unit 1036 has a one-level guest interior after the exterior entry steps and contains three bedrooms. Each apartment has its own full kitchen, living/dining room, and tub/shower bathroom. Guests move between the two apartments outdoors; they do not connect internally.

🚶 Walking — Inner SE Portland is one of the city's most walkable areas, with easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife along Burnside, Belmont, and Hawthorne.

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 12 (Sandy/Burnside) and Route 20 (Burnside/Stark) provide frequent service to downtown (~10 min). Route 70 (12th Ave) also serves the area.

🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.

🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.

✈️ Airport — PDX is about 16 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from nearby downtown stations.

Sound travels between the upper and lower apartments, and the building is beside a bar in an active urban area. Footsteps, voices, music, and city/bar noise may be audible, including overnight; this is not a quiet-guaranteed stay. There is no on-site or reserved parking. Public curb spaces are limited and signs include short time restrictions, so read the exact sign before leaving a vehicle. Guest laundry is not included.
