This is the Small configuration of the 1036 apartment. It includes the blue-accent and green-accent bedrooms plus the private kitchen, living/dining area, and bathroom. The wallpaper bedroom is excluded for this booking. After the exterior porch/deck steps, the guest interior is on one level. A separate occupied unit is above this apartment.

🚶 Walking — Inner SE Portland is one of the city's most walkable areas, with easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife along Burnside, Belmont, and Hawthorne.

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 12 (Sandy/Burnside) and Route 20 (Burnside/Stark) provide frequent service to downtown (~10 min). Route 70 (12th Ave) also serves the area.

🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.

🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.

✈️ Airport — PDX is about 16 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from nearby downtown stations.

Use the blue and green bedrooms; the wallpaper bedroom is excluded even if its door was left open. Footsteps, voices, furniture movement, and music from the separate unit above can be clearly audible, including overnight. There is no on-site or reserved parking, and nearby curb signs include short time limits. Guest laundry is not included.
