Together they offer four queen beds, 2.5 bathrooms, two kitchens, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, and laundry. Public street parking is subject to current signs and availability.

The three-bedroom main house has a living room, dining area, full kitchen, half bath, upstairs full bath, and three queen bedrooms. The separate lower-level guest suite has one queen bedroom, living area, kitchen, full bathroom, and its own exterior entrance. There is no shared interior doorway.

The home is in inner Northeast Portland near NE Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, N Williams Avenue, and the Mississippi and Alberta districts. Walking, biking, transit, and drive times vary; check a current map or transit app for the trip you plan to make. Public street parking is subject to current signs and availability.

The two included spaces have separate exterior entrances and no shared interior doorway. No parties; quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM; no indoor smoking. Dogs must be disclosed and are subject to the reservation's current pet limits and fees.
