The primary suite is on the main floor and includes a king bed, workspace, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and a separate soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs: one king bedroom and one bunk room with two bunk beds. The home has 2.5 bathrooms.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, and the laundry room has a washer and dryer. The garage is a game room with foosball and ping pong; it is not available for parking.

Outside, guests have a covered hot tub, deck seating, a BBQ grill, and natural riverbank access. Reaching the riverbank requires deck stairs and an uneven wooded path, so it is not step-free. There is no outdoor fire pit.

The home does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided in the downstairs primary bedroom and upstairs king bedroom. The primary-bedroom gas stove/fireplace is unavailable for guest use; other indoor fireplaces are operational.

🚶 Walking — This mountain retreat is nestled in the Mt. Hood area, surrounded by nature. While not a walkable urban setting, the peaceful surroundings and outdoor recreation more than make up for it.

🚗 Driving — A car is recommended for getting around. The area is well connected via US-26. Free parking at the property.

🏔️ Recreation — Minutes from Mt. Hood ski resorts, hiking trails, and the Sandy River. The charming town of Sandy is a short drive for groceries, dining, and supplies.

✈️ Airport — PDX is approximately 60–75 minutes by car via US-26 West.

This home uses well water. A power outage will also interrupt water service.

The home does not have air conditioning. The primary-bedroom gas stove/fireplace is unavailable for guest use. There is no outdoor fire pit.

The riverbank route includes exterior stairs and uneven natural ground. Guests needing step-free access should not rely on the backyard route.

Pets are allowed, but they must be disclosed and the current fee confirmed for the booking channel. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
