Two complete units rented together: upper Unit 1 has four bedrooms and three bathrooms; ground-floor Unit 2 has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Seven beds and up to fourteen registered guests total, with two kitchens, two living areas, and in-unit laundry in each unit. Includes Unit 1 rooftop deck access. Public curb parking only.

This reservation includes both physical apartments. Unit 1 occupies two upper levels and requires stairs; Unit 2 is single-level at ground level. Each unit has its own kitchen, living area, washer and dryer, climate controls, and exterior entry route. The two units have an interior connector in a Unit 2 bedroom, but its current lock operation is not guaranteed; plan to use the two exterior routes. Unit 1's main living-area mini-split provides cooling, and bedrooms do not have independently verified A/C zones. Normal sound may travel between floors.

TriMet service is available along SE Division Street. Check current TriMet schedules and service alerts. There is no dedicated parking; drivers must use sign-controlled public curb parking.

Stairs are required for Unit 1 and there is no elevator. Rooftop and balcony use is limited to the fourteen registered guests; no visitors, meetings, events, parties, or added/moved furniture. There is no dedicated parking. The Unit 2 smart lock has an intermittent-connectivity warning, so remote unlock is not guaranteed.
