The sofa pullout is not a separate bedroom or standard bed and is not normally made up. Request it before arrival so bedding, pillows, and enough towels can be physically confirmed.

Cadet wall heaters provide heat. A seasonal window air conditioner serves the apartment and must not be set below 67°F. The TV uses Roku and guest-owned streaming accounts. Wi-Fi is provided without a speed or uninterrupted-service guarantee.

Walking, biking, public transit, rideshare, and driving are options. Use current navigation or TriMet information for routes and times. Public curb parking is unreserved and controlled by the exact signs where the vehicle is parked.

About 10 exterior stairs plus interior stairs lead to this upstairs apartment; there is no elevator. The seasonal window air conditioner must not be set below 67°F. Street and neighboring-unit sound may be audible. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
