This reservation includes three separate apartments at the same property, rented together for one group:

• Apartment 1 — main floor, four queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and full kitchen.
• Apartment 2 — lower level, two queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and full kitchen.
• Apartment 3 — top floor, two queen bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Apartment 1 has a porch entrance. Apartment 2 is reached through the shared blue side door and downstairs. Apartment 3 is reached by exterior stairs to its metal door. Each required smart lock receives the same reservation-specific code.

Apartments 1 and 2 use shared basement laundry; Apartment 3 has laundry in its kitchen. Coffee makers are provided, but machine style and supplies can vary by apartment.

The TVs are smart TVs. Guests should use their own streaming accounts and sign out before departure; live television and host streaming subscriptions are not guaranteed.

The two rear studio apartments are separate listings and are not included. This is an older multi-unit property, so sound may carry between floors or adjacent units.

Use live navigation for current driving and transit routes. TriMet service and travel times change, so consult the current TriMet trip planner rather than relying on fixed bus or train directions. Parking is on public neighborhood streets only; no space is reserved or guaranteed.

🏠 Included Spaces
Apartments 1, 2, and 3 are included and rented together. The two rear studio apartments are separate and excluded.

🧺 Laundry
Apartment 3 has an in-unit washer and dryer. Apartments 1 and 2 use shared basement laundry.

🔊 Multi-Unit Building
The property has several apartments, and ordinary sound may carry through the older structure.

🚗 Parking
Parking is public street parking only; no space or EV charger is reserved or guaranteed.
