Two separate private apartments in one inner-SE Portland duplex, both included. Apartment 1 is a multi-level 2BR with a queen bedroom and a king loft bedroom. Apartment 2 is a one-level 1BR with a queen bed. Each apartment has its own kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. The units do not connect indoors; their exterior entrances are close together. Three fixed beds sleep up to six guests. Pet-friendly. Public curb parking is sign-controlled and not guaranteed.

This reservation includes both sides of a duplex, giving a group two private living areas without sharing indoor space with another reservation.

Apartment 1 is the multi-level two-bedroom side. An interior flight of stairs leads from its entrance to the main living level, which has a kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and queen bedroom. A second interior flight leads to the top-floor loft bedroom with a king bed.

Apartment 2 has a queen bedroom, kitchen, living room, and full bathroom on one interior level. The two apartments have separate exterior entrances and no interior connecting door.

There are three fixed beds total—one king and two queens—for a maximum of six guests. Sofas are not included in the advertised sleeping capacity. Each full bathroom has a tub/shower.

Exterior step counts, railings, doorway clearances, and other accessibility features have not been fully documented, so the property is not advertised as step-free or wheelchair-accessible. Please ask before booking if a specific access feature is essential.

Wi-Fi, TVs, a washer, and two kitchens are provided. Equipment that has not passed the current onsite audit, including A/C, dishwasher, and dryer operation, is not advertised as a guaranteed amenity.

Walking, biking, public transit, rideshare, and driving are available in inner Southeast Portland. Check current TriMet schedules and a live map for the best route at the time of travel. Rideshare and airport travel times vary with traffic. Public curb parking is sign-controlled and is not reserved for the property.

This is a combined-duplex reservation: both apartments are included, but there is no interior connection.

Apartment 1 is the multi-level 2BR side (queen on the main living level; king in the top-floor loft). Apartment 2 is the one-level 1BR side (queen). Each side has its own kitchen, living room, exterior entrance, and full bathroom.

The property is not advertised as step-free or wheelchair-accessible because exterior steps and accessibility features have not been fully documented.

A Pack ’n Play is not stored onsite by default. Request one before arrival and wait for confirmation.

Pets must be included on the reservation. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors.
