Nestled perfectly between the vibrant Hawthorne commercial area and the charming, historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful homes, this compact micro-apartment presents a well-thought-out design. The sleeping area is a cozy, tucked-away platform. You'll find a mini-split system for climate control, along with stainless steel appliances. The apartment also features lovely nine-foot ceilings and large windows, promising a comfortable stay. The compact kitchen includes a Keurig machine, microwave and basics for cooking. It includes nice cabinetry, a 4K HDTV, and fast WiFi. Even though it's compact, the space is designed to give you plenty of room to relax after a day of discovering Portland.

🚶 Walking — This neighborhood sits between the Division and Hawthorne corridors, two of Portland's best streets for dining and shopping — both within easy walking distance.

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 2 (Division) and Route 75 (Cesar Chavez) provide frequent service to downtown (~15 min).

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
