This reservation includes use of any 2 bedrooms and 2 beds within the larger 3-bedroom lower apartment. Choose the two bedrooms that work best for your group and leave the third unused. Bedroom doors may be physically open; that does not add the room to the reservation. Contact the team before using the extra bedroom so availability and any additional charge can be confirmed.

The booking includes both full bathrooms plus the kitchen, living area, private patio, and in-unit washer/dryer in the hallway closet. The lower unit's living spaces are on one interior level.

The upper unit has a separate exterior entrance and may be occupied by other guests. There are no shared interior living spaces, though sound from above can sometimes be audible.

The property is beside streetcar tracks and near freeway access. Passing transit, traffic, and occasional vibration can be noticeable, including during quieter hours.

Portland Streetcar and bus service are nearby. Routes, schedules, and travel times can change, so check TriMet for current service. If driving, follow the Zone K permit instructions rather than relying on general meter or street-parking signs.
