Unit 1 is a four-bedroom/2.5-bath upper home with a full kitchen and central HVAC. Unit 2 is a two-bedroom/one-bath middle apartment with a kitchenette and mini-split. Unit 3 is a two-bedroom/two-bath lower apartment with a full kitchen and mini-split. Each bedroom is private and has one queen bed. Unit 1 has one full exterior entry flight plus interior stairs. Units 2 and 3 connect internally; Unit 1 requires exterior movement between building areas.

The neighborhood is highly walkable and served by TriMet. Rideshare and biking are also practical. If driving, follow the posted sign for the exact street space; parking is public and unreserved.

The booking spans four levels and requires stairs and exterior movement between Unit 1 and Units 2/3. Historic-building and neighborhood sound is possible. Street parking is public and unreserved; a Zone M permit may be available for one vehicle only after explicit activation confirmation. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
