The booked space is a private 2-bedroom apartment with one queen bed in each bedroom, one compact bathroom, living/dining space, and kitchen. The clawfoot tub/shower has high sides and may not suit guests who need an easy step-in shower. Shared washer and dryer are in a separate lower room outside the apartment.

The apartment is in Southeast Portland near the Hawthorne, Division, and Mt. Tabor areas. Walking, public transit, biking, rideshare, and street parking are options; check a current map or trip planner for the route and timing that fits your trip.

Exterior stairs are required. Cooling is limited and one bedroom can remain warmer. Some windows and window coverings remain under maintenance, so do not rely on every window opening normally or on full room-darkening coverage. The bathroom has a compact layout and a high-sided clawfoot tub/shower. Building-wide Wi-Fi has had intermittent outages. There is no guest patio or outdoor living area, and no dedicated parking is provided.
