Private three-bedroom Northeast Portland home for up to eight guests, with three queen beds, a main-floor sofa bed, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, room-specific heating and cooling, driveway parking, and smart-lock entry. All bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs.

The full-home booking includes three upstairs bedrooms with one queen bed each and a main-floor sofa bed, for four beds total. The upstairs full bathroom has a tub/shower, and a half bathroom is on the main floor. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and in-unit washer/dryer are included. A back deck with a bench is available; a table-and-chair set is not provided. The detached studio beyond the deck is outside the reservation and may not be entered.

Walking, biking, rideshare, driving, and public transit are available in Northeast Portland. Check current routes and schedules rather than relying on a fixed travel-time estimate.

🚗 Parking: The private driveway is available. The garage is not included, the number of vehicles that fit is not guaranteed, and street parking is subject to posted restrictions.

♿ Stairs: All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs.

🌿 Outdoors: The back deck has a bench; no separate table-and-chair set is provided. The detached studio is not part of the booking.

⏰ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Keep outdoor noise low and avoid honking.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building.
