Two-bedroom, one-bathroom configuration of the single-level ground-floor Unit 2 for up to four registered guests. Includes a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a main-area mini-split. Public curb parking only.

This reservation includes the designated two bedrooms and the hallway full bathroom. The third bedroom and the second bathroom accessed through that bedroom are excluded and must not be used, even if a door is open. The kitchen, living and dining areas, and in-unit washer and dryer are included. A main-area mini-split provides heating and cooling; bedroom cooling is not independently zoned. Normal overhead noise from Unit 1 may be audible.

TriMet service is available along SE Division Street. Check current TriMet schedules and service alerts. There is no dedicated parking; drivers must use sign-controlled public curb parking.

The excluded bedroom may not be physically locked; an open door does not make it part of the reservation. Entry requires two coded doors. The Unit 2 smart lock has an intermittent-connectivity warning, so remote unlock should not be promised. There is no dedicated parking, and overhead building noise may be audible.
