The fireplace is decorative and does not operate. Shared coin-operated laundry is in the building basement, not in the apartment. This is an older multi-unit building, so neighboring-unit sound or odor may sometimes be noticeable.

Walking, biking, rideshare, driving, and public transit are available in Northeast Portland. Check current routes, schedules, parking signs, and travel times for your stay.

♿ Entry: Unit 1705 is on the second floor and requires an exterior flight of stairs. There is no elevator or verified step-free route.

🚗 Parking: Public street parking only. Follow the sign for the exact space; directly in front may be one-hour parking. The neighboring gravel lot is private and towing is possible.

🧺 Laundry: Shared coin-operated basement laundry is not in the apartment.

🔥 Fireplace: Decorative only; it does not operate.

🔊 Sound: This is an older multi-unit building near Broadway, so neighboring-unit, hallway, street, or venue sound may be audible.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building.
