The two included bedrooms are on the main/second level beside the kitchen and living area. One included bathroom is on that level; the second included bathroom is upstairs. The two third-floor bedrooms are excluded and must not be used, even if a door is open. The rooftop deck is reached from the main level and remains included. The main living-area mini-split provides cooling; bedroom wall controls provide heat only, so bedroom cooling is indirect rather than independently zoned.

TriMet service is available along SE Division Street. Check current TriMet schedules and service alerts. There is no dedicated parking; drivers must use sign-controlled public curb parking.

The excluded bedrooms may not be physically locked; an open door does not make them part of the reservation. Stairs are required and there is no elevator. Rooftop use is limited to the four registered guests; no visitors, gatherings, or added/moved furniture. No dedicated parking.
