This reservation is for the private four-bedroom main home only. The garden-level suite below is a separate rental with its own exterior entrance and no access to the main home.

The four bedrooms each have a queen bed. The fifth listed bed is a queen pullout sofa in an open top-floor sitting area, not a private bedroom. A queen air mattress provides the additional sleeping setup for larger groups. The sitting area's patio doors do not provide full bedroom-style light or privacy control.

The home has two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining and living areas, WiFi, TV, mini-split cooling and heat, backup wall heaters, and a washer and dryer upstairs. A travel crib can be arranged only by advance request.

The driveway is reserved for up to two standard-size vehicles. Public street parking is third-party and subject to the current posted signs and meter instructions.

This is a walkable neighborhood near NW 23rd and NW 21st avenues. Public-transit routes and schedules can change, so check TriMet for the current trip plan. Rideshare timing depends on traffic and driver availability.

The lower suite may be occupied separately, so observe building quiet hours. NW 23rd is an active restaurant and shopping area and some outside activity may be audible.

The top-floor pullout sofa is in an open sitting area rather than a private bedroom, and the patio doors do not have full bedroom-style light or privacy control.
