This private reservation includes Bedrooms 1 and 2, both bathrooms, and the common areas of the larger four-bedroom Apt 302. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are outside this reservation and must not be used unless they are explicitly added before arrival. An open excluded-bedroom door does not add that room to the reservation. No other guests share the apartment interior. The home is in a multi-unit building near Alberta, Williams, and Mississippi neighborhood businesses. The apartment has one living-room PTAC for cooling; bedrooms do not have dedicated air-conditioning units.

Walking, cycling, public transit, rideshare, and driving are available in the area. Verify current routes and schedules with the transit provider. There is no private guest parking; public street parking is subject to posted rules and availability.

This is a third-floor walk-up with no elevator. It is a multi-unit building, and neighboring-unit, hallway, or street sound may be audible. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
