Parking: The shared rear gravel lot is first-come and not guaranteed, with no more than one vehicle for this reservation when a clearly open space is available. Never park in tandem or block another vehicle. Use legal street parking and follow posted signs if the lot is full.

Building context: Footsteps or voices from apartments above may sometimes be audible. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.

Pets are allowed for approved reservations, but the home cannot be guaranteed completely dander-free.
