The compact studio has a queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. The spaces have separate exterior entrances and no interior guest connection, so guests go outside to move between them.
Walking, biking, transit, and rideshare are available in the area. If driving, use legal public street spaces under posted signs; spaces are not reserved or guaranteed.
The main-house bathroom is upstairs; the second bathroom is in the separate studio. The main house and studio are not internally connected. The studio has no AC, and the main-house mini-splits do not condition every bedroom equally. Laundry and the hot tub are not currently supported amenities.
