Portland, Oregon
SE 12th 3 (1025)
About the property
Upper-level two-bedroom apartment in a historic Queen Anne triplex, with two king beds, a full kitchen, smart-lock self check-in, and a highly walkable central SE Portland location. Sleeps 4.
A private two-bedroom apartment in a renovated early-1900s Queen Anne triplex. Guesty's structured bed inventory lists one king bed in each bedroom (two king beds total), plus a living room with TV, dining area, full kitchen, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The apartment is private; the building entrance, interior entry hall, and basement laundry are shared with the other units.
The apartment requires exterior porch/deck steps plus a short interior half-flight and is not step-free.
Inner SE Portland is walkable and served by nearby TriMet bus routes and bike-share options. There is no on-site parking; drivers must use public street parking and follow posted signs. Rideshare pickup is available in the neighborhood. Airport drive times vary substantially with traffic.
There is no on-site, private, reserved, or guaranteed parking. The lot beside the building is private and guests should not use it. Public street parking is first-come, and unrestricted spaces are generally easier to find on neighborhood blocks east of SE 12th Avenue. Read every posted sign because spaces closer to the property can have time, loading, meter, or other restrictions. Parking can take time at busy hours. We do not have a partner garage or a verified nearby paid lot that guarantees overnight parking.
This is a renovated older triplex on an active city street. The apartments are private, but the building entrance and entry hall are shared, and voices, footsteps, neighboring units, and street noise may be audible. Do not promise a quiet or soundproof stay.
The wall-mounted mini-split in the main kitchen/living area provides guest-controlled heating and cooling, but cooling does not distribute evenly to both bedrooms and they can run warmer. A separate building-wide furnace also supplies heat through floor vents; the mini-split remote does not control those vents, and the building thermostat is not guest-adjustable. If floor-vent heat makes the apartment too hot or cold, message the team so the building setting can be changed. Do not set the mini-split below 67°F.
Guests may use the shared washer and dryer in the basement. The basement is reached from the exterior rear of the building and requires stairs. Do not publish or send a permanent basement code from general knowledge; give current access instructions through the secure guest portal or verify them with the team. Do not promise that laundry is free or coinless because the current payment setup has not been verified.
Wi-Fi is shared across the triplex, and the router may not be inside the apartment. The secure guest portal is the source for the current network name and password. If a device connects but reports no internet, message the team for building-level troubleshooting.
Message the team through the booking thread for help. Access details and the emergency contact are available in the secure guest portal. Response times vary with volume, so do not promise an immediate reply or 24-hour concierge service.
