• The clawfoot fixture is for showers only, with limited hot-water capacity and a high step in and out. Its surface can be slippery when wet.
• Listing is in an urban setting, inside an apartment building with a bus stop right outside (transit noise is audible but white noise machine is provided)
• Listing is ground-level with the main room that sits on the corner of two streets. Entry requires steps and the shared courtyard route; the shower room is very small.
• Please be aware that street parking requires extra effort due to the density of the surrounding neighborhood
• There is a shared washer and dryer available on site. This non-coin pair is shared with the entire building in the courtyard entry hall; first come, bring detergent.
