This ground-floor apartment sits near the Hawthorne corridor, with cafes, bars, restaurants, bakeries, shops, transit, and neighborhood streets close by. It also has a small patio/outdoor area.

Inside, you’ll find a practical, comfortable home base: full kitchen with dishwasher and cookware, dining table, in-unit washer/dryer, TV, WiFi, and a laptop-friendly workspace.

Cooling and primary heat come from a mini-split in the living room, with cadet heat as backup. Separate sleeping areas do not have individual AC units, so airflow can be less direct with doors closed.

This is a ground-floor unit in a multi-unit building, and guests may occasionally hear upstairs neighbors. One bed is on a higher platform, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns.
