Unit A includes two private queen bedrooms and a separate double bed in the living-room sleeping nook, for three beds and six guests. It has one bathroom, a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining/living space, smart TV, heat, and A/C. Entry requires the steep wooden front staircase. The gas fireplace is unavailable pending qualified safety inspection. Wi-Fi service has had recurring outages and is not advertised as reliable high-speed service.

A car is not required for every trip. Nearby TriMet routes serve Cesar Chavez, Hawthorne, and Division, and bike-share stations are available in the surrounding neighborhood. Driving and rideshare times vary with traffic. Street parking is public, sign-controlled, and not guaranteed.

Traffic and duplex noise are expected. The steep front staircase has an unresolved repair task; use extra care. The gas fireplace is not available pending a qualified gas-safety inspection. Do not operate it. If you smell rotten eggs, sulfur, or natural gas: do not use switches, flames, phones, or battery devices inside. Leave the building immediately on foot. From a safe distance call 911 and NW Natural's 24-hour emergency line at 800-882-3377, then notify the host. Do not search for the source or re-enter until responders say it is safe.
