Combined booking for both halves of a converted duplex: 4 private queen bedrooms, a separate double sleeping nook, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 5 beds for 10 guests. The units have separate exterior entrances and no indoor connection.

Unit A has two queen bedrooms, a separate double bed in the living-room sleeping nook, one bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, and living/dining area. Unit B has two queen bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen without a dishwasher, and living/dining area; its compact second bedroom has a low/sloped ceiling and low bed and is reached through the bathroom. Both entrances require stairs and Unit B has an additional interior stair. The backyard tiny home is excluded and may be occupied separately. The gas fireplace is unavailable pending qualified safety inspection. Wi-Fi has recurring outages and weak-signal reports.

A car is not required for every trip. Nearby TriMet routes serve Cesar Chavez, Hawthorne, and Division, and bike-share stations are available in the surrounding neighborhood. Driving and rideshare times vary with traffic. Street parking is public, sign-controlled, and not guaranteed.

Traffic and sound transfer between units are expected. The steep Unit A front staircase has an unresolved repair task. The gas fireplace is not available pending a qualified gas-safety inspection. Do not operate it. If you smell rotten eggs, sulfur, or natural gas: do not use switches, flames, phones, or battery devices inside. Leave the building immediately on foot. From a safe distance call 911 and NW Natural's 24-hour emergency line at 800-882-3377, then notify the host. Do not search for the source or re-enter until responders say it is safe.
