The private open-layout studio has one queen bed, a full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, a full bathroom, workspace, TV, and in-unit washer/dryer. It sleeps a maximum of two. A portable A/C near the front door provides cooling and a Honeywell wall thermostat controls heat. The studio interior is private, while exterior paths and rear parking are shared with the other units.

TriMet service runs along Capitol Highway. Multnomah Village is about one mile away, downtown Portland is a short drive outside peak traffic, and rideshare is available. Guests who walk or bike should expect hills and an urban arterial route.

This is an urban residential three-unit property on SW Capitol Highway, not a secluded forest cabin. Multnomah Village is about one mile away; many guests will find driving, rideshare, or bus more comfortable than walking along Capitol Highway. Expect ordinary road and neighboring-unit noise. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. The portable A/C must remain at 67°F or higher.
