The private apartment has one queen bedroom, a living room with large windows, a full kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with a high-sided clawfoot tub/shower. The second sleeping surface is the raised built-in window daybed platform shown in the photos; it is not a conventional pullout couch. Remove the back cushions and pull the base forward so it folds down. Request bedding before arrival so the team can confirm clean sheets, dedicated sleeping pillows, warm blankets, and enough towels are physically staged.

Cadet wall heaters provide heat. There is no air conditioning. The smart TV is for guest-owned streaming accounts. Wi-Fi is provided without a speed or uninterrupted-service guarantee.

Walking, biking, public transit, rideshare, and driving are options. Use current navigation or TriMet information for routes and times. Public curb parking is unreserved and controlled by the exact signs where the vehicle is parked.

The building entrance requires about 10 exterior stairs. The high-sided clawfoot tub/shower has no confirmed grab bar or non-slip mat. The living-room platform has a raised edge; supervise children around it. Sound from the floor above, street, or neighboring units may be audible. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.

Message the team through the booking channel for help. Clearly state if you are locked out, a key is missing, a lockbox will not open, a smoke alarm is sounding or chirping, or another safety issue is active so it can be escalated.
