1032 is the upper apartment in a multi-unit Craftsman building. After the exterior entrance, climb one full interior flight to the apartment; the kitchen, living/dining area, all three bedrooms, and the bathroom are on that upper living level. The bedrooms include two queen rooms and one room with two twin bunk beds. The third-floor attic is unfinished non-guest space and remains closed.

🚶 Walking — Inner SE Portland is one of the city's most walkable areas, with easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife along Burnside, Belmont, and Hawthorne.

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 12 (Sandy/Burnside) and Route 20 (Burnside/Stark) provide frequent service to downtown (~10 min). Route 70 (12th Ave) also serves the area.

🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.

🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.

✈️ Airport — PDX is about 16 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from nearby downtown stations.

Sound may carry between apartments, and the building is beside a bar in an active urban area; city/bar noise may be audible, especially at night. There is no on-site or reserved parking, and nearby curb signs include short time limits. Guest laundry is not included.
