Private loft-style apartment for up to two guests, with one queen bed in an open upper loft, interior stairs, and the only full bathroom downstairs on the main level. The main level has a full kitchen with bar seating, a living area, window A/C, a ceiling fan, and in-unit stacked laundry. Unit 11 has a direct center-right street-facing smart-lock entrance. No parking space or permit is included.

This is a one-bedroom loft-style apartment with one queen bed in the open upper loft. The loft is reached by interior stairs; there is no second or downstairs bedroom or bed. The only full bathroom is downstairs on the main living level, so guests use the stairs at night. The open-loft stair layout is not childproof, step-free, or represented as wheelchair/ADA accessible.

The main level includes a living area, TV, full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and bar-counter seating. There is no separate dining table or dedicated work desk. An in-unit stacked washer and dryer are in the laundry closet.

A window A/C in the main living area, heating, and a ceiling fan are provided. The upper loft can remain warmer than the main level; using the A/C and ceiling fan together improves airflow, but an exact loft temperature is not guaranteed.

The apartment is private and close to the sidewalk with neighbors nearby, so ordinary city and building sounds are possible. Public street parking and third-party garages are not property-provided spaces and remain subject to current signs and provider terms.

The Nob Hill / Alphabet District is walkable and is served by public transit, rideshare, bike-share, public street parking, and third-party garages. Routes, travel times, prices, restrictions, and availability change; check current signs and the relevant provider before relying on an option.
